• The Voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuing.
• The Holiday Voucher is a non transferable Voucher and the service will be denied.
• Each Holiday needs to be requested at least 2 weeks before the preferred date of travel.
• Holiday against a Holiday Voucher will purely be based on EP Plan. (Economic Plan, i.e. only      Accommodation).
• Reservations and Collecting Confirmation Vouchers will have to be from our Hyderabad office before the Holiday Date.
• Any Service Charges (e.g. New Year Service Charge, or X MAS Charge if the resort demands, or a security deposit if any will be the Guests responsibility.
• Holiday is purely based on Availability.
• Holiday Voucher is Valid for 2 Adults 2 Children only below the age of 12 years.
• Any extra Bed will have to be paid as per the Resorts Tariffs.
• “Four Seasons Holiday Voucher” is valid for 2 Nights / 3 Days only.
• Holiday Voucher has to be submitted with the applicable “utility” and Service Tax (12.36%) when requesting a Holiday.
• Additional Guests traveling will be offered rooms at discounted prices, Subject To Availability.

 Customers carrying our voucher may also receive 10-15% off on food at various resorts.
